This workout is perfect for any bride out there no matter what sort of dress you are wearing. Although it focuses on your shoulders and upper arms, but we know you’ll benefit from it anyhow. This workout engages the muscles in your arms and shoulders so that you can show them off.
Grab a 5-10 pound dumbbell in each hand and hold along your sides. Do a deep squat, stand up by pressing your heels and curl the dumbbells up to your chest. Do the same thing again, but this time raise the dumbbells all the way above your head.
Top It Up
If you’re wearing a ball gown then a whittled waistline would make you look striking in that dress. For that, you need to work on both your core and glutes.
Start in a tabletop position. Kick your right leg back, pull it forward and get into a lunge position. Straighten your right leg and at the same time stand with your left leg in the air. Repeat this 15 times.
Dumbbell Plank Rows

Get two 5-10 pound dumbbells and move into a plank position. Keeping your hips square to the floor, lift the right hand along with the dumbbell to the chest and then release. Do the same on the left hand. Continue on alternative sides.

Get into a plank position and join both your hands so that the thumb and fingers touch. Bend your elbows to the sides and bring your body toward the ground. Press it back up and repeat. You can even put your knees on the floor if the position is hard to maintain.
Lateral Jumping Lunges
This workout will be your best friend if a high slit wedding dress is your pick. These lunges help define your quads and calves.
With your right foot, take a large step forward. Bend both knees as your bring your left arm to the front and take the right one to the back. In one swift motion, bend your right foot to the front along with the left arm and thus sending the left foot back with the right hand. Reverse and repeat.
